SellerEngine Plus 2.4.23 - January 12, 2012

Fixes:

• We have fixed an issue with FBA shipments that were in working status and adding more items to the shipment made the shipment retrieve a new shipment ID and therefore made the shipment unable to send.

Known Issues:

• When resizing the Inventory view window you may have display issues. Click on the ‘Order’ tab, and back to the Inventory tab to restore the correct view.
• When right clicking to add items into an FBA shipment and they have lowercase letters, the software is unable to retrieve an FNSKU and displays the error 'Invalid ASIN'. Please edit the erroring ASINs to use capital letters in order to use right click add to shipment, or use Quick Add to add these items properly.

SellerEngine Plus 2.4.22 - January 10, 2012

New Features:

• We have automated the process of Splitting FBA Shipments - If some of your items or quantities are diverted to a different Fulfilment Center, SellerEngine Plus creates a new shipment automatically and splits your inventory based on Amazon’s requirements.

Fixes:

• We have fixed an issue with retrieving orders when SellerEngine Plus is set to automatically retrieve orders. The orders are now correctly imported in this case.
• Fixed the issue when uploading selected items from only sending only the first item to send all the selected items when ‘First get orders to update sold quantities’ is selected.
• The total price for items with a quantity more than 1 is now correct in orders and packslips.
• Fixed manually editing price and quantity directly in the inventory grid as sometimes this would cause focus to jump around previously.
• SellerEngine Plus no longer ignores Amazon when repricing as a rule. You can set this in the exceptions if you wish.
• Fixed issues with the reprice log displaying incorrect information when the pricing sent to Amazon and shown in the inventory grid were correct.
• We have addressed some issues where the application was erroring during auto repricing.
• When using ‘Only keep these sellers’ in a filter, you can now enter a Seller ID or Nickname.
• Made some error messages received when sending shipments to be easier to understand and what action to take to resolve the issues.
• The Automatic reprice flag is now exported in the complete SellerEngine Plus inventory export.

Known Issues:

SellerEngine Plus 2.4.15 - November 2, 2011

New Features:

• We have added "Other" on the "View Item Type" menu.
• After importing inventory, the "View Item Type" is auto defaulted to "All" to make sure you see all the items in the import.

Fixes:

• We have fixed the issue with importing All listings. At this time, we import all listings and filter out the items with 0 quantity for you. Please note that this will lengthen the amount of time it takes to retrieve your listings. We will continue to look for better ways to address this in the future if Amazon allows for it in the MWS API.
• We have addressed the md5 problem on uploads. Users who saw this error should no longer have issues uploading.
• We are now ignoring any sub-condition of 'New' to avoid crashes on DE. New Like New will show as 'New'.
• When adding items to an FBA shipment the view auto scrolls when new item added so the view is correct.
• Some issues that created errors while using the search box have been corrected.
• Users who experienced issues with being unable to import order reports are now able to Import Orders as usual.
• Fixed an issue with receiving a black X in price check status for some of the items.
• Pop up to indicate when uploads are done has been replaced.

Known Issues:

• Some users are unable to retrieve FNSKUs for items when adding in the regular Add screen and placing the item in a shipment. Please use Quick add or add the items by right clicking and selecting 'Add to Shipment' and print the labels in the shipment directly. Please also try creating a new database to see if this solves the problem.
• If the FNSKU is not populating for you when adding ISBN13, UPC, ISBN whcih includes ‘XX’ at the end this is related to label printing - as a workaround please uncheck the print label option and the FNSKU is properly found.
• If you receive an error in the upload processing report - 'Fatal The file's header row is missing or invalid.' Please change your upload template to 'InventoryLoader' in File> Preferences> Upload Options.
• When sending a shipment to FBA that Amazon deems needs to be split within item SKUS the Shipments Split - does not work, only for multi-item going to different WH. Please finish these shipments on Amazon Seller Central at this time.
• When uploading using 'currently selected items', or just the items marked for export, AND you choose the option to "First get orders to update sold quantities", only one item is sent to Amazon instead of all selected items. As a Work around:
  Before you upload your items, go to Orders from the top menu bar and choose "Get My Orders Now". When SellerEngine Plus is done downloading your order, proceed with your upload. However, do not check the box "First get orders to update sold quantities" that appears right before you upload your items and all items will be uploaded correctly.

SellerEngine Plus 2.4.13 - October 20, 2011

New Features:

• Updated program for use with MWS services to conform with Amazon changes to their APIs. Users will now use their own MWS credentials when accessing Amazon APIs. See our support forum for assistance signing up for these credentials.
• EU unified accounts are now compatible with the software. SellerEngine Plus uses only the localized venue for managing the inventory and the orders. i.e. the UK version downloads the UK inventory, updates the UK inventory and is downloading only the UK orders. Users will still need separate licenses to continue using SellerEngine Plus on each venue.

Fixes:

• FBA sellers: we no longer import UNSELLABLE items in the grid, causing incorrect quantities to display. Instead, the list of unsellable items is available in the final report after the import is completed.
• Updated shipping confirmation: ship date is validated to be <= today so it does not error.
• Fixed an issue with retrieving the wrong amazon price when there is another seller with Amazon in its nickname.
• Changed the Lookup window default search index to "All" when using CTRL-L.
• We have addressed some issues where the application was erroring during auto repricing.
• Fixed FBA label printing from add window.
• Updated program to continue to work with the PA-API changes from Amazon.
• Fixed crashing issues when deleting empty shipments.
• Fixed issues with incorrect carrier codes causing shipment confirmations to fail.

Known Issues:

• DE users who use the new condition 'new like new' are unable to retrieve information for these items and the program crashes. As a workaround go to File menu, Preferences, Price Check settings and choose the option "Retrieve Quantity for competition (no shipping)". With this setting, the application will no longer crash and the New-Like New offers will show as New.
• Open Listings are no longer available, the program is now importing All listings, including sold listings. For a work around please see our forum for details.
• A small number of users are unable to import orders.  Please see the work around for this issue at our forum.

SellerEngine Plus 2.3.22 - August 2, 2011

Fixes:

• We have fixed the bug where the Amazon price was not retrieved when retrieving price info with shipping costs.
• We have fixed the FBA label printing issue when using the Add window.
• We have fixed an issue where duplicate ASINs were not shown the duplicate pop up when scanning the UPC.

SellerEngine Plus 2.3.20 - July 7, 2011

New Features:

• ASIN selector: when multiple ASINs are available for an item in the Amazon catalog, users have the option to pick one, or have the software chose the one with the best sales rank.  (Preferences > Price Check Settings)
• We have added the option to customize the label size. This will allow you to use Dymo printers.  (Preferences >Label Printing > Label Type)
• For users using multiple monitors we have modified the software to keep all the software pop up windows on the same screen.
• We have implemented the 0 left padding when searching the ASIN of an item. If the provided product ID code is not found then it is left padded  with 0 until the code becomes a valid UPC or EAN.

Fixes:

• The option to acquire orders automatically before uploading to Amazon is restored.
• We have fixed the margins on printing 30 labels/page.
• We have fixed the bug where the Amazon price was not recorded when using "retrieve shipping for competition" in Price Check Settings.

Known Issues:

• When splitting shipments and the original shipment has been already sent to Amazon as ‘working’ and if after splitting, the original shipment contains items with different warehouse than the original shipment, you will receive an error message when trying to send the original shipment again. This is due to the fact that the original shipment has already been registered with Amazon and it has been assigned a warehouse. As a workaround you need to remove any item going to an incorrect warehouse manually.

SellerEngine Plus 2.3.16 - June 6, 2011

• Added support for expedited US postal options.
• Retrieval of Image URL from Amazon is now optional. The option is in preferences, price check settings. By default the Image URL is retrieved from Amazon.
• Quantity is now included on the orders pick list and pack slips.

Known Issues:

• If items have more than one ASIN, it will not show you options. It selects an item. To be sure to use the correct catalog page to add the item by the ASIN that corresponds with it.

• Fixed issue with offers receiving correctly for DE version.
• Fixed buffer error.
• Reprice filter updated in order to allow using rating value in percents or stars. If the user enters a star rating and the reprice has retrieved the percentage value it is converting the stars to percents. The conversion formula for the rating is-
   3-4=50-75
  4-4.5=75-89
  4.6-5=90-100
• Amazon is no longer excluded when filtering by the rating and feedback filters.
• Added option in preferences to retrieve quantity for competition. Please note that this limits your retrievals to about 1000 items per hour. If you reach your limit before an hour has passed, retrieval will not work until the remaining part of the hour is passed from the first call. Using this option will not allow you to see shipping fee and location in the price check tab.

Known Issues:

• The repricing rules filters “Keep items only if their sellers have a specified Amazon rating” and “Keep items only if their sellers have a specified feedback number”  are not working properly. We strongly advice users to remove these filters until we’ll release an updated build

SellerEngine Plus 2.3.2 - October 19, 2010

New Features:

• Only keep items eligible for SuperSavingShipping now available in reprice schemas.
• Featured, SuperSaver, and FBA attributes of the seller are available in the sellers list - at this time only SuperSaver is available to be used in repricing.
• Added popup notification to upload FBA listing after send shipment.

Fixes:

• Program has been updated to deal with Amazon updates and allows retrieval of information again.
• Sellers are now retrieved in the same order as on Amazon.
• Seller location is available in sellers list and also in reprice.
• Feedback is now expressed in percents and is the same as on Amazon - which is the total feedback from the last year.
• For non media items price is retrieved even if on the amazon web page is shown as "Price not displayed" (the amazon's PAAPI is also returning a 0 price in this case).
• Not being able to view certain pop up windows while using Windows7 was fixed.
• Program now allows you to change item type without crashing.
• The text box for the Description field in Quick Add now wraps instead of having a scroll bar.

Known Issues:

• There is a delay in retrieving information that is caused by the software retrieving the list of sellers first (the competition data from the Price Check tab) and then retrieving the item’s biblio data from Amazon. 
• Currently the quantity and total number of sellers do not show because we needed to comply with new Amazon changes in order to make the software work as quickly as possible. We will continue to work on a solution for this.

SellerEngine Plus 2.2.20 - August 16, 2010

New Features:

• When scanning an FBA item into a shipment the software is now instantly getting the Amazon warehouse where that item needs to be sent (column “Destination Warehouse” from the shipment grid). If you scan an item which needs to be sent to a different warehouse than the rest of the shipment, you are now notified during scanning, and the item is colored in yellow in the shipment grid.
• We fixed the FBA Shipment Settings form so that you can type in the State information if you select United States as a country, regardless the SellerEngine locale version. So now, if you use SellerEngine UK and have a US shipping address, you can setup SEPlus to send the FBA shipments from an US address to U.K. Amazon warehouse.
• If there are different ASINs in the Amazon catalog for one EAN, user has now the option to use the field “Asin 1” in the Add window dialog when scanning the product, in order to tell the software which ASIN to use for price check. The “Asin 1” typed in by user will be considered and will not be overwritten.
• If there is any FBA error when adding items to a shipment in SellerEngine (like “Missing Dimensions” error) that is displayed instantly on screen and the item is marked in red color in the shipment grid. This way you have the option to remove the item from the shipment before submitting it to Amazon.
• We have improved the way the shipment grid is refreshed while adding items to it, so that it is faster now and you can see the last item scanned on the screen.
• We have enabled CTRL-A in the description field from the Quick Add tab so that users can easily select all the text in that field to remove it or copy to clipboard.

Fixes:

• The Amazon Quantity (FBA) column is now updating when downloading the FBA Inventory Report (AFN) from Amazon or importing it from a text file. In previous versions, the quantity was not updating properly when reaching zero.
• We have improved the way the software is retrieving the list of sellers from Amazon for a certain product, for more accurate results.
• We fixed the error "No value given for one or more required parameters" which occurred in some situations when trying to run a Price Check or reprice the inventory.
• We fixed an error where character "&" in the seller name (in the shipping address settings) was causing FBA shipments to fail.
• We fixed the following error:  “when an item is marked for deletion by clicking on the 'Delete from Amazon' box in the inventory grid, the 'Update to Amazon' box for that item is not automatically selected as it was before, leading to potential mistakes.”
• We fixed several bugs in the “duplicate import wizard”. Errors like: "Query is too complex" or "List index out of bounds (-1)" will not occur anymore.
• We fixed “missing Amazon Shipment ID” error which occurred sometimes when trying to send a shipment to Amazon from SellerEngine.
• We fixed the error "Invalid value entered" when assigning a sorter to a selection of items in the inventory.
• We implemented a way to avoid line breaks in the product descriptions because they were causing errors when uploading the listings on Amazon.

SellerEngine Plus 2.2.13 - April 8, 2010

• Automatic repricing. Users can now schedule when the automatic repricing will start and how often it should run. SellerEngine will run the repricing and upload the changes to Amazon without user input.
• Big improvement for FBA sellers: sending large shipments to Amazon is now much faster.

When you initiate the refund, include a memo in the message field, explaining that the refund is for an item you cannot ship, and be sure to note which item it is. DO NOT SENT a cancellation upload from SE unless you want to cancel the entire order!

In SE+, a merchant SKU denotes an item present only as MFN or AFN. As a result, when downloading items from Amazon, the duplicates wizard may trigger. If this happens, you should do the following:
  1. Select one field at a time from left panel of the window. The right side populates with inventory items that have different values which must be merged prior to import.
  2. Select all items (on the right)
  3. Click on "Update [field name]"
     • You may safely skip the following fields: ItemId, ItemTypeId, BrowsePath,ImageURL, FNSKU, AFNCondition
     • You should update all items for the following fields: ItemName, Price, Quantity, OpenDate, ConditionId, ItemNote, ListingID, IsOnline, IsExpedited, InShip, MyPrice, CategoryId, ListedState, QuantityAmazon

• FBA Amazon fulfilled orders are not imported into SellerEngine Plus.
• FBA sellers can set expedited and international shipping flags even if they are not able to ship expedited or internationally. Do not use these options with Amazon Fulfilled listings.

New Features:

• When scanning an FBA item into a shipment the software is now instantly getting the Amazon warehouse where that item needs to be sent (column “Destination Warehouse” from the shipment grid). If you scan an item which needs to be sent to a different warehouse than the rest of the shipment, you are now notified during scanning, and the item is colored in yellow in the shipment grid.
• We fixed the FBA Shipment Settings form so that you can type in the State information if you select United States as a country, regardless the SellerEngine locale version. So now, if you use SellerEngine UK and have a US shipping address, you can setup SEPlus to send the FBA shipments from an US address to U.K. Amazon warehouse
• If there are different ASINs in the Amazon catalog for one EAN, user has now the option to use the field “Asin 1” in the Add window dialog when scanning the product, in order to tell the software which ASIN to use for price check. The “Asin 1” typed in by user will be considered and will not be overwritten.
• If there is any FBA error when adding items to a shipment in SellerEngine (like “Missing Dimensions” error) that is displayed instantly on screen and the item is marked in red color in the shipment grid. This way you have the option to remove the item from the shipment before submitting it to Amazon
• We have improved the way the shipment grid is refreshed while adding items to it, so that it is faster now and you can see the last item scanned on the screen.
• We have enabled CTRL-A in the description field from the Quick Add tab so that users can easily select all the text in that field to remove it or copy to clipboard.

Fixes:

• The Amazon Quantity (FBA) column is now updating when downloading the FBA Inventory Report (AFN) from Amazon or importing it from a text file. In previous versions, the quantity was not updating properly when reaching zero.
• We have improved the way the software is retrieving the list of sellers from Amazon for a certain product, for more accurate results.
• We fixed the error "No value given for one or more required parameters" which occurred in some situations when trying to run a Price Check or reprice the inventory.
• We fixed an error where character "&" in the seller name (in the shipping address settings) was causing FBA shipments to fail.
• We fixed the following error:  “when an item is marked for deletion by clicking on the 'Delete from Amazon' box in the inventory grid, the 'Update to Amazon' box for that item is not automatically selected as it was before, leading to potential mistakes.”
• We fixed several bugs in the “duplicate import wizard”. Errors like: "Query is too complex" or "List index out of bounds (-1)" will not occur anymore.
• We fixed “missing Amazon Shipment ID” error which occurred sometimes when trying to send a shipment to Amazon from SellerEngine.
• We fixed the error "Invalid value entered" when assigning a sorter to a selection of items in the inventory.
• We implemented a way to avoid line breaks in the product descriptions because they were causing errors when uploading the listings on Amazon.
