Hello SellerEngine Plus Community Members,

Splitting FBA Shipments has been automated!

Now, if some of your items or quantities are diverted to a different fulfillment center, SellerEngine Plus automatically creates a new shipment and splits your inventory based on Amazon’s requirements.

We made the following software fixes based on your feedback:

  • Orders now correctly import when using the "automatically retrieve orders" setting.
  • Total price for items with a quantity more than one is now correct in orders and packing slips.
  • Manually editing price and quantity in the inventory grid no longer causes focus to jump around.
  • SellerEngine Plus includes Amazon as a competitor when repricing. You can customize this setting in the exceptions.
  • Repricing log displays the correct and same information as in the inventory grid.
  • ‘Only keep these sellers’ filter now allows you to enter a Seller ID or Nickname.
  • Error messages have been clarified when sending shipments, making it easier to understand what action will resolve the issue(s).
  • Automatic reprice flag is now exported in the complete SellerEngine Plus inventory export.
  • We have fixed an issue with FBA shipments that were in working status and adding more items to the shipment made the shipment retrieve a new shipment ID and made the shipment unable to send.

We are working hard to resolve the display issues when resizing the Inventory view window. Until we implement a permanent solution, you can click on the ‘Order’ tab and then back to the Inventory tab to restore the correct view.
